This fall Canon USA and the photographers of VII are hitting the road to visit the top journalism programs at universities across the United States. Presentations will focus on media literacy as well as how the Canon EOS-1DX is changing the face of video within the commercial and social documentary fields.
Rochester Institute of Technology, University of North Carolina, University of Missouri, University of Southern California and New York University are all part of the program.
With long experience at the forefront of photojournalism the photographers of VII have adopted the latest technologies to create dynamic imagery and film in the areas of Fashion, Music, Lifestyle, Philanthropic and Foundation Story Telling, Narrative and Documentary. They are applying their photojournalistic skills in surprising new contexts and as part of the Visual Impact talks they will openly discuss their creative processes and share techniques behind their successes and use of Canon over the years. A Canon USA representative will be present at every journalism school event to answer questions about the EOS-1D X.
Check local university listings for registration details.
